Dear Alums,
It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of David Turpin’s passage on May 29, 2025. David was one of our most visible alums, serving as editor of the PCSO Bulletin, Angle Orthodontist, and AJODO. He completed the ortho program at UW in 1966, and practiced for more than 40 years in Auburn. He also taught at UW during that period, and from 2012 to 2019, David was appointed as the Moore-Riedel Endowed Chair.
The family is planning a service on Saturday, July 12 in Federal Way. I will send more info out regarding the service as soon as I receive it.
Please keep David’s family in your thoughts and prayers. He was a wonderful husband, father, and colleague, and he will be greatly missed.
